How to use it correctly and the attention？
（you need to relax and take rest for 15 minutes at least before taking a measurement）
1、Apply the wrist cuff to your wrist. Make sure that there are no sleeves or accessories on your wrist. Your palm and monitor display should both face upward.
2、Position the wrist cuff leaving a clearance of 0.5 inches (1 to 2 cm) between the cuff and the bottom of your palm. Then wrap the wrist cuff firmly around your wrist.
3、Sit with your back and wrist being supported. And the monitor must be approximately the same level as your heart.
About sound settings
To turn the sound 'ON' or 'OFF', press and hold the 'SET' button until 'SP' appears. Then, press the 'MEM' button to select 'ON' or 'OFF' to complete the setting.
