♥ Sit still for five minutes before measurement.

♥ Be seated in a chair with back support.

♥ Put your arms out in front of the table with your palms up and your fingers soft.

♥ Place a towel between the elbow and the sphygmomanometer to keep the arm stable.

♥ Keep the sphygmomanometer at the same height as the heart.

Attention: Repeated measurement will lead to congestion of the wrist and affect the measurement results.
